Hi, meet my new school. :D

So yes, indeed, I'm transferring out of VJC to MJC. And I'll be retaining in J1. Buuuuuut, I'm extremely happy and excited! I mean, if you've been following me since last year the temptation to leave VJ was really great. But finally, I got the chance. I shall not flame my old school, but I'm glad I'm out. I mean, people will call me stupid for turning down VJ and joining MJ, but I truly believe this is where my happiness lies and I won't screw up my chances again.

Soooooo anyway, my past few days have not been too eventful. Basically its just going out or slacking at home. Oh, and I've been attending MJ floorball trainings and its really fun!! I'm having loads of fun in training hahaha. Its been a long time since I've been able to play without any pressure or worries or the thought of hardcore suicides after training. :D But anyway, about going out, yessssss I've been going out less often. But everytime I go out, its mostly with my baby. I wanted to spend all my available time with her since I'm starting school earlier than her. Ahhhh, I'll miss her so much while I'm in school. :(

So yeah, yesterday me, baby and my sister went to Simei first to open up my sister's new bank account, then we went to Marina Square to look at bags! I got myself a nice new bag for school. Oh, and a new wallet too. I love leather stuff, seriously. They're so long lasting and so nice to the touch. OH and we went to VJ to hand in my withdrawal letter! Okay so after getting my stuff at Marina Square, my sister went off to Bugis, so me and baby just roamed around before I sent her home at 7. Today, I met her again!! In the morning she came over to my house. Then we went to MJ to get my appeal stuff done and buy uniform. After that went to taper my uniform. Then, I had to go to VJ again to hand in the appeal stuff. Then back to MJ to hand in back the appeal stuff. What a tiring day. After that, I met baby at Tampines after she got her appeal done at TP. Sent her back home after that. That marks the end of my last day of holidays. Sucksssssssssssssssssssss :(

I haven't blogged in quite a while! Guess I didn't want to make time for it.

On the 2nd of January, the members chalet kicked off! And I must say, what a chalet it was. Full of laughs, fun, joy and everything. Sure, I had trouble in the planning because basically it was only me and farhan who planned for the whole thing, and we did have trouble in getting the finances for the chalet, but at the end, we found ourselves smiling because this chalet was mildly successful.

The first day, we did nothing much. Checked in at 3, then we just unpacked and sat around discussing stuff. We made a last minute decision there to have a BBQ the next night. Other than that, the day was free and easy. The view from our chalet was amazing! It was overlooking Changi Beach, we could see Yachts and the sea. It was really windy too, so we didn't need the aircon because at night it was very cold. That night, the rest slept at around 6 but I knocked out pretty early. Second day was quite rushed - I had to go out and buy the BBQ stuff. All of us woke up at around 11am. At around 12, my mum picked me and Saufi up and we went to Simei Eastpoint to get stuff for the BBQ. Thank god the finances were all in order and we didn't overspend. Met sofia too there, then we went back to the chalet. My mum went back to marinate the chicken for the barbecue. So back at the chalet, we unpacked the stuff, discussed some more stuff and ATE! Hahaha the food was nice, especially the curry chicken. At around 5, it was drizzling but I started off the barbecue with the help of Abang Talhah. I should say the barbecue was good. There was enough food for everyone! Except that I guess we needed more fishballs and hotdogs. Haha. Ended it off around 11, cleaned up and then that night, I don't remember what we did but I ended up knocking out at 3 on the queen sized bed all by myself. Day three passed by really fast! I had to go off in the morning to MJ to see the teacher. After that my parents sent me to Tampines where I met up with farhan, then we went to the chalet together. Reached around 4pm. So yeah, that day and night passed really fast. Everyone planned on NOT sleeping that night, but turns out most did. Haha. I just remember Saufi turning really biol around 3am, with him belting out tone-deaf versions of malay songs. He was laughing to himself too. Freaky boy.

Sigh, now that the chalet is over, everyone's back to their own lives. That chalet went according to my wishes. For me it was a worthy sacrifice for myself to plan this, even if it was on my own, so that every one of my brothers could re-establish ties. I guess that worked. It was an escape from reality and now that its over, everyone's back to his own busy lives. Sadly, a gathering like this only happens once a year. Other times of the year, its never complete. I miss my friends sighhhhh. But I guess that was a good chalet, it was really awesome while it lasted. :)

My sister got her results too. It wasn't what we all expected, but I'm still proud of her. I'll support you too, Hazirah, wherever you go.
