VSFB girl's win & my brother's birthday
So I guess I'm still getting over the fact that we lost. Can't help the feeling, honostly. The flashbacks on the match keep on occuring and I keep on regretting the fact that I didn't take the shots. People keep telling me its okay, we fought hard. But I just new we could have salvaged the game. Ah, such is life.

So, on wednesday the day after our match, I went for 3 freaking match supports. Volleyball girls, floorball girls, and soccer girls. But I must say that I am extremely proud of the girls floorball for beating RVH with a score of 9-0 and qualifying for the finals. It was a reallyreallyreally good game by the girls and at least it made me happy, because they'll win the championship. I mean, tears, blood and sweat have been shed by all of us, so we're really hoping that effort the girls make in trainings will go their way in winning the gold medal. As for us, we still have next year to win it. Its a long wait, but that gives me more time to train up with the guys. I've decided to quit hockey. I mean, its not like they want me in the team anyway, right?

Lucky tmr I'll have floorball trainings. VJ training, and after that VS training. I'm really looking forward because I'll have fun and can finally take my mind of things. Its never easy going on with life with yourself full of sorrow and disappointment. So yeah, stress reliever. Besides, we still have 3rd/4th placing against RIJC to prove our championship material. And on the 23rd of May, Div 1 will start! How exciting. :D Hopefully I'll gain a whole lot of experience, and it'll go a long way in helping me be a better player overall. Hopefully I can score a debut goal too, having never played in div 1. Wish me all the best guys! :D

On 12th May, my little bro turned 5! Ahh so old alr. I still remember the times when he was a little cute curious boy. How time flies, how people grow, how they change. I love you brother! Hope you grow up to be successful in life. Must play floorball too, and go to Victoria School. Amacam? Hahaha. :D

Losing doesn't mean its the end, its just the beginning for us.
Scoring a goal important to the team, whatever the outcome, was an honour. VJFB, all the way.

So months of hard work training, came down to this. I mean, the clash everybody was expecting for the finals, but unfortunately we met earlier; the semi-finals. VJC - MJC. Two teams I respect, one I'm playing for, another one I nearly played for. Well ... what a game.

We scored first, with Marshall's beautiful goal from a free hit. And then they equalised through Wafiy. Then Marshall scored again, a wonderful backhand shot. And then they equalised again. And then they got another goal and were leading. And then in the third period, by a stroke of good luck, I equalised. We were all pumped up, ready to go. But maybe some things aren't meant to be. Takdir. Kai Liang got a 2 minute penalty and we conceded a goal, Jared the scorer. We huffed and we puffed but just couldn't get the goal back. Even after we were 4v2 during the last one and a half minutes, we couldn't get the goal. So, final whistle, we lost 4-3. Such a close game. Such a heartbreaking game. But its okay, we have next year to prove our worth again. I want to wish MJC all the best for the finals. Especially Azhari, Firdaus, Jared and Wafiy. The people the team depend on, all the best.

Ha .. So the season is almost over. Maybe earlier than I expected? And without the desired results. The desire we had to win, it was burning. But lady luck decided not to sit with VJC this time round. At least so far, I've scored 3 goals. And beautiful goals at it, too. :) We'll come back harder for the 2011 season, guys. Train hard.

There's no other way out. We're going into the court with one objective in mind, and we're getting out with that objective achieved. Because VJFB, we aren't only going to win, we're going to show them who plays real floorball.

Let's win them.

MS Victoria! The end of Division 3.

I just got an orgasm from seeing chelsea win liverpool 2-0.

Heheh I'm just kidding. We're even closer to the title after playing a good match just now, and it could all be over if Manchester United screws up against Sunderland. So lets hope they do. :D

Soooo the past few days have been okay. Ups, downs. Blah, nothing much really. Thursday I went down to support the girls match against RI(JC). They huffed and puffed and played a really good game, coming back after conceding, and the score was 3-2. But a stroke of bad luck came their way, and RI(JC)'s captain scored the equaliser for them. They were sad, down, frustrated and disappointed, but I know that they'll come back stronger and go all the way. Double champions, all the way. :)

So Friday was nothing much too. Lessons as usual, up til 4. Many of the guys ponned physics practical, again. Haha I model student. :B At 4, I left to go for Youth Sports Conference Facilitator Training. Its this event happening 25-27 May and students from all over Singapore will be come to VJC to attend this YSC. I'm supposed to be a facilitator for a group, which will be pretty interesting since I've always wanted to try out to be a faci or and OGL. Hahah. I thought the training would be boring, but in the end I actually had a quite a bit of fun. Plus I learned a lot too. After the training, I walked over to VS for old boys' training. Finally got my stickbag! :D Trained and trained and played and played. Ended off at about 10pm. Then went for supper with Shaikh, Shukri, Leon, Mark and one other guy I forgot who. (x Talked and ate til about 12, and then I reached home at 12.30.

Saturday was an interesting day. Woke up tired, my legs especially feeling as though they were about to fall apart. But I looked forward to going to Choa Chu Kang Stadium. It was MS Victoria's last match in Division 3. So we went there, and played against SIM. Oh, and with only 10 players imagine that. It was a tough match, and they scored first. And continued scoring. Mr Amir was so pissed, really. It was one of the worst performances of our season, and also my worst performance in a match I could say, in 3 years. But we didn't give up and fought back, ending up with a 5-5 draw at full time. It was a performance many of us won't want to repeat, ever. But at least we ended off the league with a third place finish. Not bad, especially with a bunch of 14-17 year old guys competing against mostly older opponents. Honestly, I thought we could have finished first or second if the others were more consistent in coming for games. We had 20 players registered, but on average only 13 players coming down for every match. But anyway, it was fun and a good experience playing with MS Victoria. Especially with people like Adib, Matthew, Yusuf, Hamizan, Hadi, Ubaidah, Amos and Ezra playing with me. We truly bonded like a family, and played extremely well throughout the league. Hope to play with you guys again. :D And to the boys, WIN C' DIVISION! :DDDDDDD

Okay so here are my brothers (hamizan and afi ain't in the picture) who I played with, improved with, lost with, won with, and got third with. I'm gonna miss playing with them, and looking forward to saturdays because I'll get to meet them for matches and lunch together, and all the craptalk we've done. It was great season. :)
